At Charles Chocolates, we prioritize your satisfaction, product quality, and freshness. To ensure that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, we have established the following shipping guidelines:

Order Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Please note that any orders placed after 12 PM Pacific Time will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Days:
- We ship orders from Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
- For orders with UPS Overnight shipping or deliveries within Northern California, we ship Monday through Thursday.
- To protect the freshness of your chocolates, we do not ship on Fridays or over the weekend. As a result, deliveries will not be made on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

- Estimated delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location. We recommend reviewing the shipping options at checkout for the most accurate delivery estimates.

Holiday Shipping: Be mindful of increased shipping times during holidays. We advise placing orders earlier to avoid delays.
